It's February 1st everyone! That means it's time to announce a new Group Hug recipient. This month we'll be hugging Ron. He is a 63 year old brother in Christ. Ron had a seizure in August. An MRI performed three months later showed that he had multiple small tumors in his brain. Surgery was done December 19th to remove the tumors. On January 10th they discovered that the tumors were Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM), a fast-growing, aggressive type of central nervous system tumor that forms on the connective tissue of the brain. Soon he will begin 6 weeks of chemotherapy and radiation everyday. Let's remember him and his wife, Dong Suk, in our prayers and make them some beautiful cards of encouragement.
